In addition to the core capabilities of the U-NACS II, the U-NACS II tab cylinder cabinet features wireless functionality using a tablet.
For stable supply, including piping design, purge capacity, and sequence, it also features the same specifications as the U-NACS II, as well as same external dimensions, footprint, and utilities.

Increased work efficiency

The cabinet can be monitored remotely from a tablet to check purging or other operations, making attendance in person unnecessary.

Location-independent access

The operation interface has been upgraded from an integral touch screen to Windows software running on a tablet and Wi-Fi. You can access any cylinder cabinet connected to your LAN. Even cylinder cabinets not connected to the LAN can be separately viewed and controlled from a tablet.
(Up to 200 cylinder cabinets can be accessed from one tablet, and the system accommodates multiple tablets.)
A wired LAN port allows use in the event of Wi-Fi problems.

Enhanced usability

Totally redesigned screen display, greatly improving visibility of information. Required actions and comments are shown as context-specific pop ups. The entire purge process and current stage are also shown.

Video capture

Migrating to a UI running on a Windows tablet and Wi-Fi enables recording of operation screens. Maintaining video records of the state of cylinder cabinets makes it easier to respond to inquiries and problems.

Prevention of operating errors

A light on each cylinder cabinet lights up when in operation, and flashes when being accessed or browsed, enabling easy identification of the target cabinet. An NFC tag is applied to each chassis to prevent operating errors. Each cabinet is operable only after an operator reads the NFC and is duly authorized.
